Returns Policy

Our Policy lasts 30 days from the day of purchase, if 30 days have passed since your purchase then unfortunately we can offer you a refund. If your order is not damaged or defective then you must inform us 14 days from the delivery date. To qualify for a return your must be unused and in the same condition it was delivered, it must also be in the original packaging.

Damaged Goods

If you recieve damaged goods please contact us and we will arrange for a replacement order upon proof of the damage via email info@cpearsonart.com

Refunds

Once your return is recieved and inspected, we will email you to notify you of the reciept of the goods. If approved a refund will be arranged.

You will be responsible for the Shipping cost for returning your item, Shipping costs are non refundable, it is also advisory to use a trackable service with shipping insurance.

We cannot guarantee we will recieve your item and a refund will only be given on our reciept of the original item.
